天下武功，唯快不破。

市场变化从来是加速度的，非线性的。一面是谋生、利益，一面是信仰、使命，东方雨虹三十年创业之路人性与神性二元对立又相互转化，面对市场或是看起来平川缓流或是裂岸崩石的震荡，我们没有一天不在前进、奋斗、再奋进。冲锋，这条荆棘路将越来越宽阔，慢则兵败如山、淘汰出局。因此，兵贵神速，快速行动，抢占先机，快于同行，快于行业之变，不是选择，而是丛林法则。

兵无常势，水无常形。要快速行动，则必须打破固有的、陈旧的组织模式，建立真正的敏捷型组织。其一是精兵简政，废掉臃肿的机构，合并重复职能，彻底铲除滋生官僚主义的温床，以快速新陈代谢激发企业活力、对抗熵增。其二是流程化繁为简，根治层层审批、唯上管理的大企业病；其三是整肃风气，连根拔除一看二等三开会的团队。须知行动的价值远胜于束之高阁的完美理论，残酷的现实不允许任何机会在迟疑和讨论中丢失。旧染不去，新运不生，唯有彻底地改，根本地变，2025年才能打赢一个真正的翻身仗。

大道如青天，轻装策马驭长风。在为人类为社会创造持久安全的环境这条无愧无畏的道路上，每一步都在考验我们面对复杂问题的勇气和智慧，唯毫不犹豫的行动者方能穿透世俗的悲观、抱怨，挺立在凛冽严冬之中。苍狼呼啸，凶猛决然，前路虽难，我们偏要迎难而上，偏要一往无前，有战必应，进攻必为先锋。无论黑夜多么漫长，向东方跑得最快者最先迎接光明。奔跑者的心火在持续燃烧、奔突，熔岩一旦喷薄而出，必将烧尽一切枯草、腐木，于是无可腐朽。

Market changes have always been rapid and non-linear. On one side is survival and profit, and on the other is faith and mission. Over thirty years of entrepreneurship, Oriental Yuhong has navigated the duality and transformation between humanity and divinity. Whether facing a seemingly calm market or the tumultuous upheaval of a fractured landscape, we have never had a day without progressing, striving, and advancing further. As we forge ahead on this challenging path, it will only become broader; moving slowly leads to defeat and elimination. To act quickly, we must break away from established, outdated organizational models and create a truly agile organization. First, this means streamlining operations by eliminating bloated structures, merging redundant functions, and completely eradicating the breeding grounds of bureaucracy to stimulate corporate vitality and combat entropy through rapid renewal. Second, we must simplify processes and address the chronic issues of excessive approvals and top-down management that plague large enterprises. Third, we need to reform the organizational culture by uprooting teams that engage in superficial tasks or endless meetings. We should recognize that the value of action far exceeds the appeal of theoretical perfection left on the shelf. The harsh reality does not allow any opportunities to be lost in hesitation and discussion. If we do not eliminate old ways, new progress cannot emerge. Only through comprehensive reform and fundamental change can we win a true turnaround by 2025.
